How do I install my Glowzy lights?
Plug in your lights, open the Glowzy app, and follow the quick connect steps. You’ll be glowing in under five minutes — no tools or tech skills needed.
Can I connect multiple light sets together?
Absolutely. Link as many Glowzy sets as you like and control them all from the same app. Great for trees, windows, roofs, or patios.
What’s included in the box?
Each Glowzy package includes your LED light set, power adapter, connector clips, and a quick start guide. Everything you need to start glowing right away.
App & Features
What devices work with the Glowzy app?
The Glowzy app supports iOS 13+ and Android 9+. You can connect via Bluetooth or WiFi for instant control.
How do I create custom light patterns?
Open the app, go to Custom Mode, choose your colors, speed, and animation style, then save your scene. You can even name your creation for quick access later.
Can I sync the lights with music?
Yes! Activate Music Mode in the app, and your lights will dance to the rhythm of your favorite songs or holiday playlists.
Can I schedule my lights to turn on automatically?
Definitely. In the Schedule tab, set your preferred times for each light scene. Ideal for daily routines or festive evenings.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days within the EU and 7–14 days internationally. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Glowzy ships worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately on our contact page, and we’ll update your details.
What happens if my lights arrive damaged?
Please reach out to our support team with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund your item right away.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all Glowzy lights come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you a prepaid return label and next steps.
Troubleshooting
My lights aren’t connecting to the app, what should I do?
Make sure Bluetooth or WiFi is enabled on your device and that you’re within range. Restart the app, and try pairing again. If the issue persists, reinstall the app or contact support.
One section of my lights isn’t working?
Glowzy lights have replaceable segments. You can easily swap the faulty section instead of replacing the entire set.
The colors look different from what I selected.
Try recalibrating in the app under Settings → Color Adjustment. This usually fixes mismatched tones.
