We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please use the contact form on our website. After submitting the request, we will provide you with the return instructions. Returns must be sent to the return address that will be communicated to you after your request is reviewed.

Items sent back without first submitting a return request via the contact form will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately through the contact form if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom items (personalized or made-to-order), or personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us through the contact form before proceeding.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to submit a return request via the contact form. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and no refund has been received, please contact us through the contact form.
